In order to improve your online experience we have redesigned the site and added new features to make it easier to find and use the content you need.

• Improved searching: With a single query, you can now search Current Problems in Surgery plus close to 400 journals — and include Medline to broaden your search further. One-click searches make it easier to find articles on similar subjects, by the same authors or that cite the article being read.

• Expanded alerting: Stay on top of new articles as they come available via helpful email alerts. These include Saved Search Alerts and Citation Alerts as well as eTOC alerts. which deliver the table of contents of the latest issue directly to your inbox.

• Other personalization tools: Your account allows you online access to all of your Elsevier-published titles. Once logged in, you can review recent searches from the last 24 hours and save search queries to re-run later. Create and manage your email alerts, set up and purchase online access to other online journals.
