The Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians (AEMV) is dedicated to the advancement of veterinary medicine and surgery of exotic companion mammals. The primary goal of AEMV is to act as a central body gathering and distributing the ever-increasing medical and surgical knowledge of exotic mammals such as ferrets, rabbits, and rodents, as well as less commonly seen species in private practice.
