Foodborne and Waterborne Diseases

A spring 2011 E. coli outbreak that killed dozens of people in Europe has focused renewed attention on a host of epidemiologic issues related to a range of foodborne and waterborne diseases. AJPM has addressed a number of these questions in numerous articles about food safety and related issues and illnesses.
